ACTIVITIES OF THE VÍAS ATLÁNTICAS PROJECT
The VÍAS ATLÁNTICAS project is to offer and promote a new cultural-tourist route aimed at strengthening the euro-region in which it is to be developed and focused on the exchange of experiences for the identification and valuation of the natural, archaeological, cultural and tourist heritage of the territories corresponding to the partners of the project. The implementation of the project is divided into the following stages and activities:
PHASE 1: Management and coordination:
- First work meetings to inform all the participants of the action plan and learn the real situations and various operative aspects.
- Establish the action calendar and mutual responsibilities for the development of the activities in the project.
- Reach an agreement on the common image of the transnational project.
- Reach an agreement on the organisational model and communication channels.
- Promote the exchange of action methods.
- Coordination and monitoring meetings involving all the project partners to determine the level of fulfilment of the objectives and the extent to which they have been achieved.
- Establish procedures and mechanisms for common collection, processing and management tasks.
- Meetings involving the various control bodies.
- Preparation of reports by the leader and all the partners within the scope of their respective competencies regarding the overall implementation of the project.
- Financial control of the leader and the partners within the scope of their respective competencies regarding the overall implementation of the project.
- Monitoring and assessment of the leader and the partners within the scope of their respective competencies regarding the overall implementation of the project.
